We provide web based form to reissue the license certificate file downloading password, this is for users who lost their license certificate file downloading information by trouble, but you can only use this web-form with same e-mail address when you ordered SAI. If you change e-mail address you cannot use this web-form by new address, of course we accept changing registered e-mail informations, but both inputted name and address on ordering are used to confirm each customer identification, so if these information was incorrect, we cannot accept to change registered e-mail address, therefore we recommend to input these informations correctly.

Although if you never need to any reissue of your license certificate file downloading password, you can input unsuitable name or address information, but in this case we cannot reissue them anyway.
