If you change e-mail address you cannot use this web-form by new address, of course we accept changing registered e-mail informations, but both inputted name and address on ordering are used to confirm each customer identification, so if these information was incorrect, we cannot accept to change registered e-mail address, therefore we recommend to input these informations correctly. Although if you never need to any reissue of license certificate file downloading password, you can input unsuitable name or address information.

Please notice if you didn't input correct name and address for identification, we cannot check users identity, thus we cannot accept change registered informations anyway.
